The Game of Hide and Seek
The Universe loves
To play the game of
Hide and Seek.
Peek-a-boo,
I am a cup.
Now I am a spoon.
So a cup looks different
To a spoon.
So man looks different
To a horse.
Don’t be fooled
By appearances;
Man is not better than
Animal or nature,
We are all made of
The same stuff.
Don’t treat a chair
Like an object
Without intelligence.
Speak to the chair,
And she will gladly
Support your weight.
It’s about time
We treated everything.
With equal respect,
For all things
Are the Universe
Playing Hide and Seek.
