The One in All and Judgment

"And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all." (1 Corinthians 12: 6)
"Judge not, that ye be not judged." (Matthew 7: 1)
There is only the one Self in all. Not only is there the One in all, all is the One in infinite manifestations. Imagine what it's like having this realisation where you acknowledge all experiences as the One. This means:

This computer is the One.
My body is the One.
All foods are the One.
Nature is the One.
All humans are the One.
All life is the One.
All forms seen and unseen are the One.

Put another way:

The One is the computer.
The One is my body.
The One is the food we eat.
The One is nature.
The One is all humans.
The One is all life.
The One is all forms seen and unseen.

There is only the One.

Since the One is all, we must be very wary of judging ourselves and others for as we judge we are judging the One. What do I mean by judgment?

There is the judgment when one thinks one or others have erred and deserve to be punished, or one should ask for forgiveness.

There is the judgment when one is attributing meanings to an experience be they right/wrong; good/bad; this or that; anything that would limit an experience to a belief or concept.

The One is free from and empty of all beliefs and concepts. This emptiness is Love. When one is experiencing life without judgments one is being the One. When one is judging oneself or another, one is being judgmental. Thus, at any moment you are either being the One or you are being judgmental.

I see only the One.
